After passing through Beynac, you will reach the village of La Roque-Gageac, one of the most beautiful villages in France, along the river Espérance Dordogne, as well as the village of Vitrac. On the way back towards Sarlat, you walk through forests and along the cycle path that runs along a former railway line."

The Jazz Trail Montastruc is not just about running.....
This 11th edition of the Jazz Trail Montastruc will bring together running enthusiasts for a festive evening after taking part in a 14 km Trail along the footpaths of the 3 Dordogne valleys.
Then, to extend the evening in a very convivial way, it will be proposed to feast around a meal made up of grills cooked on a Giant Brazier in a musical atmosphere ensured by a DJ all in the open air under the hall of Lamonzie Montastruc for a price of 15€.

Come and take part in the LDHD SANILHAC 24 in the Dordogne, organised by the Sans Borne du Diable association.
It's a 7.5-kilometre loop (250 m to 350 m ascent) to be completed in less than 60 minutes. Not a second more. Otherwise, you're out of the race. 300 riders at the start (220 solo, 40 teams of 2), only one at the finish: Le Dernier Homme Debout.
From 7.5 to 180 kilometres, everyone sets their own target. There's just one constraint: complete the loop in less than an hour to be able to set off again. Tick tock, tick tock...
