Montagrier joins the list of prohibited beaches, which also includes Alles-sur-Dordogne, Brantôme-en-Périgord, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Douchapt, Le-Buisson-de-Cadouin, Lisle, Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt, Tocane-Saint-Apre and Saint-Aulaye-Puymangou.

The Rouffiac and Saint-Estèphe lakes are now under increased surveillance. However, the sites of Limeuil and Coux-et-Bigaroque are no longer included in the surveillance areas.

Due to cyanobacteria, swimming in the Dordogne River is currently strongly discouraged at the following locations:
