Everything you need to spend a marvellous summer in the heart of the Pays de Bergerac:

The Pays de Bergerac invites you to a festive summer of conviviality and sharing... You're sure to find your happiness, whether you're a music fan, an admirer of arts and crafts or more of a foodie...

This summer, guided tours will once again take place at nightfall. Four original dates are on offer to show the heritage in a new light:

• Monpazier: The torchlight tour, an unmissable tradition where you can immerse yourself in the history of the bastide by the light of torches.
• Beaumont-du-Périgord: The storytelling evening, where heritage and tales mingle for a lively and sensitive discovery of the Bastide.
• Cadouin: The nocturnal Cluedo, an immersive investigation in the heart of the village and its abbey.
• Lalinde: Le Défi du Gabarrier, a nocturnal hands-on game for young and old about the history of the Dordogne. 

Unique experiences that you can share to visit our villages in a different way, with family or friends!

In the events guide, you will find all the events organised by the City of Périgueux and its partners throughout the 2025 summer season: Concerts, festivals, cinema, gourmet nights, etc. - there's something for all tastes and ages!

Discover open-air cinema in the Dordogne this summer with screenings at Château de Hautefort, Château de Biron, Bergerac, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Bastides d'Eymet, Monpazier, Villefranche-du-Périgord... Enjoy films under the stars in emblematic locations or in the beautiful little villages of our beautiful department.

• Screenings start at dusk (10 pm or 9.30 pm after 15 August)
• For paid screenings, booking is recommended via the Ciné Passion application or the links below (possibility to buy seats on site).
• In case of bad weather, an alternative room is available on site or nearby.

• Et puis nous avons dansé", directed by Nicolas Grosrichard and based on a play by Jean-Luc Lagarce.

The DRYADALIS theatre company is back in the Dordogne!

Synopsis: On New Year's Eve 1970, Nicole and Daniel invite guests over for drinks and dinner. In this psychedelic atmosphere, the evening should have been normal, but Nicole decided to add some colour to the festivities. And it's not certain that the gifts they have planned for each other will please everyone.
