The former tenant's house on our estate has recently been completely renovated, and we continue to maintain it regularly to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday here. Despite its age, the house has all the comforts of modern life.

 

You will find quality materials and a careful and harmonious decoration in all the rooms. Beautifully restored period furniture is combined with more modern elements to give this beautiful rustic cottage its charm and authenticity.

Ground floor: living-dining room with TV and DVD player, WIFI router + PLC, radio, fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, toaster, mixer, kitchen scales, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery for 6 persons), bathroom (bathtub and washbasin) with WC, one bedroom of 18 m2 with 1 bed of 160x190

 

A period stone fireplace overlooks the ground floor living area. It is equipped with a pellet stove which provides gentle heat in the cooler seasons.

 

Upstairs : one bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and one bedroom with 1 bed 140x190

 

Outside : 

  • Independent terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs
  • Private, shaded and flowered garden
  • Access to the shared swimming pool and to the various relaxation areas in the garden
  • Parking space in front of the house

OUR RATES 2026

LOW SEASON

from 1st January to 3 April 2026

from 31 October to 31 December 2026

Reservations are possible from 3 consecutive nights.

595 € per week or 85 € per night

MEDIUM SEASON

from 4 April to 3 July 2026

from 29 August to 30 October 2026

Reservations are possible from 3 consecutive nights.

770 € per week or 110 € per night

HIGH SEASON

from 4 July to 28 August 2026

In high season, reservations are made by the week.

(Arrival on Saturday from 4.30 pm, departure the following Saturday before 10 am)

1330 € per week or 190 € per night

Mandatory supplements:

  • Tourist tax 4.40% of the nightly rate per person
  • Towel hire and end of stay cleaning 85 €

At the time of booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the rent. 

All our prices include :

  • Electricity, water and gas charges, pellets for the stove
  • Bed linen and towels (beds are made up on arrival; kitchen linen and one set of towels per person are provided)
  • Internet access (wifi)
  • Loan of bed, chair, pushchair and baby bath (on reservation) 
  • Weather permitting: access to the swimming pool and to the various areas dedicated to rest in the garden
